BOS MEETING 2017-18

RESOLUTIONS   PASSED IN THE  EIGHTH  BOARD STUDIES

                            MEETING  HELD   ON  29- 08- 2017

1.It is resolved to replace the UNIT-I Coordination chemistry in paper -V  - 

   Semester –V  with Material science UNIT-I For the present batch only.

2. It is resolved to request the University / APSHE to permit  D.R.W college to opt  

   one cluster elective from each subject(for example one from chemistry, one from

   Botany one from Zoology),So that the student will have the benefit  of opting

   any one of the above subjects in P.G Courses. If  is not acceptable to the APSHE,    

   it is resolved to have the following papers in VI Semester .

 1. Elective paper- VII A- Analytical Methods in chemistry.

2. Cluster Elective –I – VIII-A- 1- Polymer chemistry

                                     VIII-A-2 - Instrumental methods of Analysis

                                     VIII-A-3 – Analysis of Drugs, Foods, Dairy product and   

                                                      Biochemical analysis.

 3.It is resolved to continue the same Syllabus for M.Sc Chemistry for Academic   

    year   & 2017-19 batch  also

 4. BOS Members suggested the following Examiners to include as External

    Examiners for Degree & P.G.
